Over the past three seasons, major renovations have been undertaken in collaboration with downstream cabinetmaker Christophe Mattis. In 2020, he transformed the gourmet restaurant into a showcase inspired by the surrounding nature. A year later, the Sofa Bar was redesigned in the same spirit as the Table de l’Ours. In 2022, the small reception room is transformed into an exhibition room: the Galerie des Barmes, where the works of a contemporary artist are presented each year.
2023: Following on from this work, Les Barmes de l’Ours kitchens have been completely renovated, as has La Rôtisserie, which now boasts an open-plan kitchen. Antoine Gras is named “Grand of Tomorrow” by Gault & Millau.
The last twenty years have been full of memories, and we’re delighted to be celebrating this twentieth anniversary with you!
